LOADXTREME TIPS : MUST READ !
1. Our system is not CASE sentive. It is okay to use all caps or small letters. But our system is SENSITIVE with spaces and the special characters. Make sure to check the spaces before sending it to the gateway.
2. For easier and faster transaction, save all the commands in the "template" or in the "outbox" of your Cellphone. For example, you can save: "lx load 5312645789 654321" and then change the "[product code] [cell number]" according to the demand or the customer.
3. Double check the spelling of each command. For example: L0ad is not the same as the word LOAD because number 0 is typed and not letter O.
4. It is not necessary to use the same network provider (SMART, GLOBE, SUN, TM, TNT) with the product code being requested. For Ex., if you are reloading Smart 100 regular load, you may still send it to other networks such as Globe. It really does not matter bacause it will still be sent to VMOBILE date center.
5. Follow the commands exactly as written or directed in the quick guide. If unsure, refer to the sample commands as illustrated.
6. If the customer does not have a cell phone and he is buying a card based product (like ONLINE GAMES prepaid card), you can still send the pin number by using your cellphone number. After receiving the text message with the pin number of the product, write it in a piece of paper and give it to your customer.
7. Update your primary gateway every now and then. Use the new gateways to lessen congestions.
8. For products with 2 codes (over the air [OTA] and electronic pins [e-pins]), priorities OTA loads or make sure to place an "X" at the end of every product code.
9. Always double check your commands.
10. Technoprenuers are required to replenish a minimum of One Thousand (1,000) LoadWallet credits every calendar month to earn the GRO. Should a Technopreneur fail to comply with the monthly requirement; the Technopreneur account shall temporarily stop earning GRO until the requirement is made within that month. If The Technopreneur still fails to meet the requirement up to the next calendar month, all GRO which was temporarily withheld shall be permanently forfeited. This does not mean that the 1000 LoadWallet is a maintaining amount to continue your account.
11. Gross Retail Override (1-2%) goes directly to the Technopreneur's account as loadwallet every 12mn provided he already accomplished the P1000 loadwallet requirement.
12. If the Techonopreneur directly sells/purchase the product, the override goes ON TOP of the 10-12% discount.
13. After BANK payment/deposit has been made, make sure that you send the following SMS command to your assigned SMS Gateway (except for payments made using UBP Bills Payment)
14. All LX Load Wallet crediting from bank deposits will be done same day in two (2) batches:
Successful LX Reload Request : Before 12nn
Credit Time : 3-5pm
Successful LX Reload Request : Before 3pm
Credit Time : 7-9pm
Successful LX Reload Request : 7:01pm onwards
Credit Time : 11:00pm-next working day
15. CUTOFF PROCEDURE FOR ENCASHMENT OF MYLX Earnings:
For conversion to LoadWallet:
Cut off: Friday before 7pm
Pay out: Wednesday 7pm
For Encashment (via check)
Cut off: Wednesday before 12nn
Pay out: Friday 3pm (for pick up at VMOBILE office, 11am-7pm only)
